Gymboree St Albans offers fun-filled, high quality and educational Play & Learn, Music and Art classes for you and your little ones.

At Gymboree St Albans, our focus is to get your child ready for life, and that is why we offer a wide range of classes and class levels, each carefully tailored to closely match every stage of your child’s development – helping build confidence and develop social and physical skills.

Gymboree St Albans is situated in the city centre, in brand new premises, offering a clean and bright place for you and your little ones to have great fun… together!

Classes offered

CREATIVITY, CONFIDENCE, FRIENDSHIP…IT ALL STARTS AT GYMBOREE!

For Newborn babies to children up to age 5, we offer a full programme of Play & Learn, Music and Art classes.

PLAY & LEARN:

LEVEL 1: (0 – 6 months) Sensory Exploration for pre-mobile babies
LEVEL 2: (6 – 10 months) Acting with purpose and intention
LEVEL 3: (10 – 16 months) Becoming skilled in back and forth communication
LEVEL 4: (16 – 22 months) Figuring out how the world works
LEVEL 5: (22 – 28 months) Early imaginative play
LEVEL 6 (From 28 months) Imaginative play and concepts
FAMILY PLAY & LEARN (multi-age)

MUSIC:

MUSIC I: (6 – 16 months)
MUSIC II: (17 – 28 months)
FAMILY MUSIC : (6 months – 5 years)

ART:

ART I: (18 – 24 months)
ART II: (24 – 36 months)
FAMILY ART: (18 months – 5 years)

FREE TRIAL classes must be pre-booked. Once you sign up to a class you automatically become a member of Gymboree St Albans which entitles you to unlimited use of our Open Gym Sessions, free of charge, on the days we are open.

Make Ups – We have a ‘catch-up’ policy – any missed class can be made-up with an extra class to be taken within one month. Make-ups must be pre-booked and are subject to availability – please email or call to book in.

Siblings and Family Classes – We offer Family Classes all year round for children from 6 months to 5 years, so why not book for a Family class and bring both of your children along for some fun? Alternately, non-member siblings may attend Gymboree as a spectator if they are young enough to be in a sling or car seat, or old enough that they can sit quietly at the edge of the room through the lesson.

ADULTS MUST WEAR SOCKS TO CLASS AND CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE BARE FEET.

Birthday parties

Turn your child’s special day into an unforgettable birthday celebration… Come and join the fun at Gymboree St Albans!

Our dedicated teachers will create a unique and fun-filled party for you and your guests. Your magical party will include music and dancing, stories and adventures, bubbles and singing, and parents and children will have a fantastic time playing together at our beautiful site.

Choose from a range of exciting themes including Baby’s First Birthday, Farmyard Fun, Ocean Adventure, Trains & Planes, Princesses & Super Heroes, Dinosaur Adventures, Jungle Safari and many more. All parties are completely tailor-made and can be catered for your child’s age and interests.

Let us help you have a stress-free and wonderful day to remember. You bring the food (finger food & drinks) while we provide everything from invitations, to paper plates, cups and napkins, to balloons and party bags.

We also run Parties on the Go meaning we can come to your house and provide all party activities and fun with our own props.

Parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays.
